Welder/Fabricator
Experience in fabrication is preferred and highly needed. Qualified welders will have at least 1 year of experience. We are looking for skilled Welders/Fabricators to cut and join metals and other materials at our Manufacturing shop. You will operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Your job is important as it provides the foundation for strong infrastructure. A welder must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential.
Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Thursday
Wage: $18 – $25 depending on experience

AutoCAD/Engineer
The responsibilities of an AutoCAD designer include drafting original designs using CAD software to create 3D drawings starting from a sketch. You will need to have experience in revise drawings and ensure they meet client specifications and required standards. Other duties include completing paperwork to track project costs, filing engineering drawings, and ensuring workers complete the job safely and efficiently.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18-$25 depending on experience.

Field Crew Foreman
Field crew foreman will need to have experience in welding/fabrication, construction, blueprints, and past management experience. This job is strictly out of town managing field crews at different jobs sites. Familiarity in agriculture and lumber is preferred.

Hours: This position is an out of town welding job. Times are Monday – Friday (10-12 hour days).
