Our History
PCM was founded in 1983 in Red Bluff, Ca. What started a small welding company who’s customers were local, soon grew to specialize in multiple industries to Southern California. With the dedication, loyalty, and integrity PCM offers, our customers become friends.

CAD Plant Design
As a general A contractor we specialize in full facility designs via Cad, project management, in-house fabrication and installation. As f blowe arwhe not an equipment manufacturer we are free to use customer preference or best available to meet our customers needs within the “time, space and budget” constraints.
Millwright Services
Our millwright services provide routine maintenance and repair work for industrial equipment and machinery. Install and assembly of specialized equipment and machines for industrial and agriculture applications.
Dust Control
To keep your facility running smooth and clean, we design, fabricate and install dust control systems for all industries. We also specialize in blower wheel fabrication or repair.
Material Conveying Systems
We design and build a number of types of conveyance. Our design team specializes in helping you find the solution that suits your conveyance needs best.
Custom Fabrication
Our team can help you take an idea from concept to a physical steel part efficiently with our in-house Cad design, cnc plasma table, and forming capabilities.
